To Where

•We will only deliver cannabis seeds to UK, Northern Ireland and European addresses, we do not deliver to the USA

•All orders are sent same day when ordered before 4.00 pm GMT, unless we have a problem with stock levels which occurs very rarely.

•UK orders normally arrive between 1 and 3 days.

•Orders sent to Europe normally arrive between 3 and 14 working days.

Delivery Options and Costs

UK orders:

•First Class Packet (Recorded delivery), (All Orders Below £41 Will Have The Option To Use This Service, Great Britain & Northern Ireland only) The time of delivery is not guaranteed but normally takes 1-2 days from despatch. You will need to sign for your order on delivery.  Cost from £1.95

•Special Delivery Next Day (All Orders Above £41 Will Use This Service Only, Great Britain & Northern Ireland only) is guaranteed next day when ordered before 2.00 pm. You will be required to sign for this parcel when it arrives.  Cost £5.50

European orders:

•International Signed For - trackable and requires a signature on delivery. Cost from £7.00 

Packaging

All of our seeds are sent in their original breeders packaging. They are then wrapped up in bubble wrap before being put in bubble wrap envelopes. This ensures that they arrive with you protected and in perfect condition. All envelopes have only your address details, a stamp and the bar code label for tracking. We do not write what the contents are or put our company name on the envelope.

Shipping fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Where we deliver

Use Special Delivery™ Next Day and we’ll guarantee delivery by 1.00pm of the next working day to 99%* of the country, including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. Some places take longer to deliver to, but we still guarantee delivery within three working days by 5.30 pm

Available five days a week

You can use Special Delivery™ Next Day from Monday to Friday, except bank holidays or public holidays or weekends. 

Covered for up to £500

When you use Special Delivery™ Next Day you can claim compensation up to £500 or the value of the item, whichever is the lower.

You can claim compensation for late delivery in writing within 14 days of posting. Remember to include your proof of purchase receipt.

You can also claim compensation for loss or damage in writing within 12 months of posting, as long as you include your proof of purchase receipt.

Consequential loss

Sometimes the damage, delay or loss of an item can lead to greater loss than the market value of the item itself.  Delayed legal documents or damaged photographic transparencies are two examples. If you are sending such an item, you can opt for Consequential Loss cover which will entitle you to extra compensation should something go wrong

You can apply for consequential loss compensation if you're using Special Delivery™ for any UK destination, except the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or HM Forces addresses.

Just ask for consequential loss when you send your item by Special Delivery™ Next Day. Compensation claims can be made through our Customer Services within 14 days of posting. Remember to include the receipt for purchase when you file your claim.

Returns: Please note that all our seeds leave thc-cannabis-seeds.com in A1 condition and in the breeders original packaging inside a plain padded envelope. thc-cannabis-seeds.com can/will not be held responsible for any loss or damages.

Please Note: All postage is insured and signed for. If there is any damage or loss in the post then refunds/compensation is at the discretion of the postal service Royal Mail: thc-cannabis-seeds.com will not be held liable. We will endeavor to sort any postal problems out and we will liase with the customer.
